In the event product was delivered broken, spoilt or missing. Our team will investigate and determine along with the customer a reasonable remediation.

Request must be made within 7 days of receiving item and damaged item must be returned back to Furley Bioextracts Sdn Bhd at 7, Jalan Villaraya, Villaraya Industrial Park 3, Semenyih, Selangor for further investigation.
